The
Shibori Dragon is dedicated to bringing you the finest materials and
patterns for your creations in the fine arts of Japan. A specialty
is traditional Japanese fabrics, vintage silk kimono, oriental print
fabrics and "Sashiko". During the festival, we'll have on display a historical presentation of Sashiko items from an early 1900's fireman's coat to modern day quilts and household items decorated with Sashiko stitching. |
Sashiko stitching will be demonstrated in our booth, so be sure to stop by and see how easy it is to learn this traditional Japanese embroidery technique.
