Teachers in grades K-12 are invited to participate in a half-day workshop
on Saturday morning. Presented at the festival by the UW East Asia Resource
Center, the workshop draws on festival themes and current issues to present
new ideas for using material about Japan across the curriculum. Topics this
year include music old and new, images of Japan, and a look at sources for
following disaster recovery.
